The Upper Arlington Girls Lacrosse program is not just known for its success on the field but also for its strong community ties and the development of young players. Through programs like the Lady Bears Lacrosse (LBL), players are given the opportunity to pass on their knowledge and help grow the sport at all levels, continuing a legacy of success and leadership in the lacrosse world.

The Golden Bears' success is rooted in a culture that encourages players to "leave a place better than when you arrived," ensuring that every generation of athletes contributes to the continued success of the program.

Since 1993, 29 Upper Arlington (UA) players have been honored with All-American distinction, underscoring the program’s commitment to developing top-tier talent and its continued reputation for excellence in girls' lacrosse. In addition to the All-American honors, many others have earned All-Ohio and All-League awards, further highlighting the individual achievements that have helped shape the program’s legacy.
